A window into rural Nepal and a slower way of life
If you’re looking to get back to the basics, and experience an unpretentious stay in the hushed hills of Ganga Jamuna, neighbouring Ruby Valley, I would be happy to have you. I can offer you a window to a more rural side of Nepal. Picture rice paddies stretching far and wide and mango trees ripe with fruit; a world away from hectic Kathmandu and the touristic crowds of Annapurna or Everest.

I highly recommend Janak as a trekking guide. He made our 8-day long trek of Langtang very smooth and enjoyable, and made us feel safe and relaxed. He always made sure we had the right accommodation and food and timed our ascent perfectly to make sure we saw the peaks under the best conditions. He was also a very friendly guide with perfect English, and was able to give us many insights on Nepalese culture. He also invited us to his family’s farm in Ruby valley, where we were able to get an authentic feel of rural Nepalese life. He was very open to sharing his heritage and culture.
